Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Manager at Gino Paradise in Tbilisi. The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, providing sales calls and managing the budget. The role involves managing skin care services and treatments, as well as maintaining the overall quality and standards of the spa.
Qualifications
- Experience in Spa Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Proficient in Budgeting for spa operations
- Knowledge of Skin Care treatments and services
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and lead a team
- Certifications or qualifications in Spa Management or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
